How do I Enroll?

Important Announcement for the 2023-2024 School Year

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

  • Starting April 8, 2024, students in 3rd-8th & 11th grades will only be considered for enrollment if they have completed the CAASPP tests at their school site.
  • All enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year will close on May 3, 2024. However, we may need to close enrollment sooner if testing schedule prevents additional new student meetings.
  • 2024-2025 school year applications are now open.

New Student Application Instructions

1. Read the Online Orientation

2. Complete and submit the New Student Application, along with the following documentation:

  • Unofficial transcript for current 9th-12th grade students  
  • Most recent report cards for K-8th and incoming 9th grade students
  • Middle/High School Counselor Checklist for current 6th-12th grade GUSD students at a middle or high school campus

Once the application and all required documentation have been received, a Verdugo Academy representative will contact the parent/guardian to schedule a reading and writing assessment.
