1. If you are a GUSD student in middle or high school, please contact your school counselor to set up a meeting to discuss Verdugo Academy before submitting a New Student Application. After your meeting, your counselor will submit a  “Counselor Referral Form”, which is a required part of the application process.
2. Watch the Verdugo Academy Introduction Video below that correlates to your child’s grade level.
3. Read through the Verdugo Academy Program Overview 
4. Complete the New Student Application which is located at the bottom of the Verdugo Academy Program Overview page.
5. Email the completed New Student Application to verdugoacademy@gmail.com

• For K-5^th and 6^th grade students only: Email a copy of your child’s last report card with the completed application 

Once the application and any required documentation have been received, a Verdugo Academy representative will contact the student’s parent/guardian to schedule a reading and writing assessment.
